Q: What is the minimum number of WorldPoints I need before redeeming? A: All minimums for WorldPoints redemptions can be found online at www.myworldpoints.ca or in the WorldPoints catalogue. Q: When will my WorldPoints expire? A: WorldPoints do not expire. Q: How will I know how many WorldPoints I have earned? A: The total number of points earned and redeemed will be stated on each of your monthly statements. Merchandise Q: When will my merchandise be delivered? A: Generally, merchandise ordered using your WorldPoints will be delivered four to six weeks from the date of your order. Q: Are there additional charges for taxes or shipping? A: All applicable taxes and shipping charges are included in the value of the WorldPoints required to order each item. Q: What brand-name merchandise is available through this program? Gift Card / Certificates Q: Will my gift card/certificate have an expiration date or any other restrictions? A: The expiration date and the terms will be printed on the gift card or certificate. Q: Are gift cards/certificates transferable? A: They are not personalized and may be transferred to someone else. Q: What retailers are offering gift cards and certificates? A: You can redeem your WorldPoints for gift cards and certificates at retailers such as Birks®, Future Shop®, Crabtree & Evelyn®, The Keg® Steakhouse & Bar, Canadian Tire®, Roots Athletics®, The Home Depot®, Chapters®, Winners®, Blockbuster®, and more. Travel Q: What type of travel can I choose when redeeming my WorldPoints? A: WorldPoints travel redemptions can include any type of travel reservation that can be booked through the MBNA WorldPoints Redemption Centre (e.g. All-inclusive adventures, round-trip tickets, cruises, hotel reservations, car rentals and more!) Q: How much advance notice do I need to redeem points for travel? A: Air travel reservations must be made at least two weeks before departure. Q: Who are the travel partners? A: The program is not limited to specific travel partners. You choose the destination and travel dates, and the rest will be taken care of for you. Q: Are there blackout dates for travel? A: No. This program allows you to travel on holidays, weekends, and during other busy days throughout the year. Q: Can I combine my WorldPoints with my frequent flyer program? A: No, WorldPoints may not be combined with any other program. Q: Can I fly first class or business class? A: You can redeem your points for first class or business class.
